Epsilon Systems Ethics Overview

From our inception, we at Epsilon Systems Solutions have understood the importance of running the business from a shared core of values and ethics. Because of our commitment to our shared values and ethics, we have reaped the benefit as we have grown rapidly into a large company with a sterling reputation. As we look to the future and continue to grow and realize our vision as one of the preeminent professional technical services company, we will continue to sustain our core values and ethics.

The purpose of the Ethics Committee is to review and recommend to management the Ethics Committee Chair, the CEO and the Board of Advisors objectives, policies and procedures that best serve Epsilon Systems’ interests in maintaining a business environment committed to high standards of ethics and integrity, corporate responsibility and legal compliance. The Committee will advise the Ethics Committee Chair and assist in the implementation of Epsilon Systems’ Ethics Program.

The Code of Ethics and the entire Corporate Ethics Program applies to all directors, officers, and employees of Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates who, unless otherwise specified, will be jointly referred to as “employees” or individually as “employee” on this page and in the Code of Ethics. Moreover, the Code of Ethics and the entire Corporate Ethics Program applies to each director, officer, and employee of a subsidiary, affiliate, or other business association that is effectively controlled by Epsilon Systems directly or indirectly (together called “Epsilon Systems” or “Company” on this page and in the Code).
